Job summary

Zippy’s Closing Operations Specialist – Broker coordinates and executes closings for the broker channel, acting as the primary contact for brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives. You will resolve bottlenecks, ensure accurate final figures and documents, and support timely closings across a remote-first team.

You’ll oversee digital signing, guide borrowers through closing documents, answer questions, and enable remote online notarization to deliver a smooth financing

Qualifications

• Two or more years of loan closing experience in the housing market.
• Manufactured housing experience is appreciated.
• Experience supporting mortgage brokers or wholesale lending transactions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for external mortgage brokers, settlement agents, and internal account executives to resolve late-stage closing bottlenecks and keep closings moving forward.
• Balance final loan documents and statements with title companies, escrow officers, or settlement agents; identify discrepancies before finalization.
• Guide borrowers through closing documents and facilitate remote online notarization to ensure a positive final experience.
