Responsibilities

• Own clinician transition post-offer, aligning with recruiting to ensure start details are understood and executed.
• Guide leaders on onboarding requirements, compliance, and regulatory considerations.
• Proactively manage onboarding timelines and anticipate delays.
• Maintain knowledge of licensure, credentialing, and payer enrollment.
• Collaborate with Licensing & Credentialing to anticipate impact on timelines.
• Serve as the primary onboarding liaison for newly hired physicians.
• Develop individualized onboarding plans covering credentialing, privileging, orientation, EMR access, and clinic readiness.
• Coordinate with leaders to prepare sites, equipment, access, and supervision structures.
• Conduct structured onboarding check-ins to gauge progress and satisfaction.
• Maintain onboarding documentation and progress logs.
• Support virtual New Clinician Orientation logistics.
• Contribute to improvements to standardize onboarding workflows.
• Foster relationships with leaders and clinicians to support integration.
