Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an Onboarding Manager to standardize clinician onboarding and ensure a smooth integration into the system. This remote, full‑time role partners with the physician integration team, HR, Compliance, and Epic Training to develop orientation programs and evaluate outcomes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s in Health Care Administration or HR and about 3 years in related roles, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Health Care Administration or HR-related field.
• Experience in human resources, clinician education, and multi-team processes.
• 3 years of experience in HR, marketing, medical group operations, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains onboarding processes for clinicians.
• Collaborates with physician integration team on orientation and retention plans.
• Supports pre-interviewing and coordination of community resources and tours.
• Develops welcome packet materials for new hires.
• Coordinates with HR, Compliance, and Epic Training to deliver training sessions.
• Leads project planning and implements change strategies for onboarding projects.
