Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking an experienced onboarding program leader to standardize clinician onboarding, develop orientation plans, and partner with physician integration to optimize recruitment, orientation and retention. The role requires collaboration across operations, HR, Compliance and clinical leadership to deliver a seamless new hire experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration or HR related field.
• Typically 3 years in HR/marketing/medical group ops with clinician-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Establishes standardized onboarding processes and ensures continuity for integration.
• Develops orientation plan with physician integration team and evaluates tools and data.
• Serves as onboarding liaison across multiple teams to optimize clinician recruitment, orientation and retention.
• Creates welcome packets and coordinates information for candidates and new hires.
• Collaborates with operations, marketing, administration and clinical leadership to ensure smooth clinician integration.
• Leads projects and change initiatives to support adoption of onboarding programs.
