Job summary

Charlie Health, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Onboarding Specialist to manage onboarding from preboarding to client-facing care. You’ll collaborate across departments to ensure clinically relevant training materials and a smooth transition for new hires.

You will lead onboarding activities, coordinate with HR and operations, and maintain documentation with a strong emphasis on confidentiality and quality. This role offers hybrid scheduling for nearby staff and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2 years of HR onboarding administration or training experience required
• HR experience in a clinical setting is highly desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
• Detail-oriented
• Familiarity with cloud-based communication software
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
• Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization
• Work authorized in the United States and bilingual English proficiency
• Hybrid work schedule for those near the company office within 45 minutes

Responsibilities

• Manages onboarding from preboarding through client-facing care.
• Support Clinical training efforts and learn onboarding cohorts’ roles.
• Assist new hires with completing all steps of the onboarding process.
• Maintain regular contact with new hires via email, phone, and text.
• Ensure onboarding materials are up to date, relevant, and impactful.
• Coordinate with recruiting, onboarding, leadership, regulatory, and HR operations teams on progress.
• Conduct periodic audits of employee file data for timeliness and completeness.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and contractor information.
• Escalate issues promptly and with discretion.
• Foster positive relationships with clinical and administrative leadership and external partners.
• Other duties as assigned.
