Job summary

Access TeleCare is seeking a Remote Clinical Support Coordinator for 2nd shift to join our virtual hospital team. The role focuses on coordinating patient care, handling calls, and supporting clinicians and IT across departments.

You will work from home with a 40-hour schedule, responding to hospitals and physicians, and ensuring timely consult preparation for dispatch while learning new systems and maintaining patient data integrity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required.
• At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
• Ability to learn software and work in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent phone and customer service skills with high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a 2nd shift; weekends/holidays as needed.
• Remote-based position; full-time (~40 hours weekly).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hospital staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely patient care.
• Answer calls to the consult center and accurately capture patient information.
• Coordinate with clinical specialists; upload images to VidiStar and set up video conferencing.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to hospitals and company physicians.
• Facilitate and confirm timely hand-off to Tier 2 IT support.
• Report SLA or goal conflicts to supervisor immediately.
• Handle tasks as needed beyond established procedures.
• Maintain professional remote interaction in a fast-paced setting.
