Job summary

Access TeleCare, LLC is seeking a Remote Full-Time Clinical Support Dispatcher for 2nd shift to coordinate emergency and routine consultations across multiple service lines. Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification Required.
• At least one year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare or IT.
• Strong communications skills (written and oral).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs and collaboration tools.
• Ability to learn software and systems.
• Excellent phone/customer service skills with high attention to detail.
• Motivated to impact patient lives positively in healthcare.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to learn new technologies and systems quickly.
• Able to excel in a remote work setting; full-time schedule.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hospital staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely patient care.
• Manage CCC coordination lifecycle for incoming consultations.
• Prioritize and assign emergency and routine consultations across service lines.
• Use established protocols and the dispatch system to evaluate situations and act.
• Test readiness of equipment and monitor queues to meet SLAs.
• Maintain professionalism with healthcare facilities, physicians, and colleagues.
