Access TeleCare, LLC is seeking a Remote Full-Time Clinical Support Dispatcher for our 2nd shift CCC team. You will remotely manage multi-channel coordination of emergency and routine consultations, collaborating with hospital staff and Access TeleCare physicians to accelerate patient care.

This role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, at least one year in a call center or healthcare/IT setting, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to learn new software.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification Required.
• At least one year of experience working in a call center environment or healthcare or IT.
• Strong communications skills (written and oral) and ability to work effectively across departments.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, communication, and collaboration tools in various operating systems.
• Ability to learn software and systems.
• Excellent phone/customer service skills with high attention to detail.
• Enthusiastic about being on the forefront of healthcare and impacting patient lives positively.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to excel in a remote work setting.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with hospital staff and Access TeleCare physicians to ensure timely patient care.
• Manage incoming consultations through CCC consultation lifecycle workflows processes.
• Prioritize and assign emergency and non-emergency consultations across multiple service lines.
• Use established protocols, workflows, and the computer-aided dispatch system to evaluate the situation and take appropriate actions; test readiness of equipment.
• Monitor queues to meet or exceed SLAs.
• Demonstrate service excellence in meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
• Exhibit professionalism when interacting with healthcare facilities, physicians, coworkers and supervisors.
• May be on-call after shift-end and respond to emergency situations as needed.
• Maintain positive team relationships and align with company values.
