Q-Centrix is seeking a Clinical Services Lead to oversee partner deliverables during new implementations and ongoing projects. You will monitor case workflows, coach team members, and ensure high-quality service delivery by collaborating with Clinical Data Leads and other departments.

Responsibilities include managing deadlines, maintaining partner relationships, and driving process improvements while safeguarding PHI and leveraging QC technologies for efficiency.

Competenze

• Coaching experience with teams preferred.
• 1+ years coaching and guidance to teams preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to protect patient health information and ensure confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Oversee deadlines, team productivity, and case completion to meet partner deliverables.
• Coach team members on missed deadlines and inform management.
• Monitor partner case volumes and staffing to meet turnaround times.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support financial goals.
• Serve as primary contact for Client Services with partners.
