Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking a Clinical Services Project Manager I to oversee low- to mid-complexity clinical and lab services projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with pharma service plans.

The role serves as the primary point of contact for Pharma clients, CROs, and site investigators. A Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of PM/clinical trial experience are required, with Agile experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 2+ years of project/clinical trial management in a regulated environment.
• PM/Clinical Research certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple clinical testing and lab services projects, establishing timelines and tracking activities.
• Serve as primary contact for Pharma customers, CROs, and site investigators.
• Guide day-to-day sample process flow and track project reports and clinical study data.
• Manage meeting agendas, minutes, and foster continuous improvement within the team.
