Job summary

BioIntelliSense, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Solutions Manager to join the Operations team in a remote-first environment.

You will lead client implementations, align clinical workflows with BioIntelliSense products, and deliver post-implementation optimization, collaborating with sales, product, and data science teams. The role requires nursing/clinical credentials, 5+ years of healthcare experience, 2+ years in clinical consulting, and strong project management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or RN required; RT or clinical certification considered.
• 5+ years in healthcare clinical or hospital setting.
• 2+ years in clinical consulting with a healthcare company.
• Remote patient monitoring or telehealth experience preferred.
• Strong organization, time management and project management skills.
• Solid understanding of HIPAA compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across stakeholders.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; capable of independent document production.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise client implementations, review use cases, define success metrics, and develop clinical workflows and roadmaps.
• Build and maintain client relationships to ensure implementations meet requirements.
• Educate clients on BioIntelliSense products and value proposition.
• Provide ongoing clinical support and post-implementation optimization.
• Coordinate with sales, product, data science, customer care and operations teams.
• Contribute clinical expertise to end-to-end BioIntelliSense solutions.
• Capture market feedback to inform product roadmap and feature requests.
• Assist sales during the process to understand customer needs and build business cases.
