BioIntelliSense is a remote-friendly company seeking a Clinical Solutions Manager. You will lead client implementations, craft clinical workflows, and provide post-implementation support, drawing on nursing/clinical experience to meet customer needs.

You will train customers, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and contribute clinical insight to product roadmaps. Expect 40-50% travel and a focus on HIPAA-compliant solutions in healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or RN required.
• 5+ years in healthcare clinical/hospital setting.
• 2+ years in clinical consulting with a healthcare company.
• Remote patient monitoring or telehealth experience preferred.
• HIPAA knowledge and compliance understood.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel 40-50% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client implementations and define success metrics.
• Develop clinical workflows and implementation roadmaps.
• Train customers on BioIntelliSense products and value.
• Provide ongoing clinical support post-implementation.
• Coordinate with sales, product, data science and operations.
• Contribute clinical expertise to end-to-end solutions.
• Solicit market feedback to inform product roadmap.
• Support sales during the sales process to align needs.
