Job summary

Q-Centrix is seeking a Clinical Data Lead to guide the abstraction team, ensure high-quality data, and manage greenlighting, IRR, and Second Look processes. You will mentor new hires, manage quality trends, and collaborate with Clinical Services Lead to ensure partner satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in NSQIP data abstraction, SCR certification, and experience with EMR systems. Fully remote opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years direct data abstraction experience in NSQIP
• Ability to mentor and coach teams
• Intermediate MS Office (Excel) proficiency
• Demonstrates attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication with hospital partners and abstractors

Responsibilities

• Conduct orientation to medical records for new abstraction team members
• Manage IRR/Second Look processes and fallout reviews
• Provide feedback and education on quality issues
• Identify quality trends and report to partners
• Mentor new hires during onboarding at facilities
• Maintain abstraction team support documents and measures
• Provide expert abstraction support (15–20%)
• Attend new partner orientation and assist with onboarding
