Job summary

Karius is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to lead the sales effort in the Denver region, focusing on infectious disease physicians, lab directors, and hospital system leadership.

In this remote-friendly, full-time role, you will collaborate with Inside Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Product teams to expand adoption of the Karius test across Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana. Travel up to 70% is required, with a strong emphasis on strategic relationship building.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/business development experience in Life Sciences / Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostics or Pharma.
• Strong vision and planning capabilities to grow the territory.
• Excellent business acumen with ability to analyze and close deals.
• Proven ability to build relationships from C-level executives to physicians and lab directors.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales revenue and test volume in territory by acquiring new hospitals and expanding in existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to hit territory goals.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for new diagnostic approaches.
• Build and manage a regional hospital/health system account base and drive renewals.
