Karius is seeking a Clinical Sales Manager to lead sales across Colorado, Wyoming, and Montana and within major health systems. You will cultivate relationships with infectious disease physicians, lab directors, and executives, driving adoption of our groundbreaking NGS test and expanding hospital partnerships.

Role requires 5+ years in Life Sciences sales, a robust hospital network, and a proven history of exceeding targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of sales/business development in Life Sciences/Biotech, Medical Device, Diagnostic Equipment, or Pharmaceuticals.
• Robust network in hospitals and health systems across microbiology labs, physician groups, and executives.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and manage multi-site hospital accounts.
• Proven track record of top sales achievement and exceeding objectives.
• Valid driver's license.

Aufgaben

• Grow sales revenue and test volume in territory by acquiring new hospital accounts.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Customer Success, Medical Affairs, and Marketing to meet goals.
• Develop thought leaders and early adopters for new diagnostic approaches.
• Secure contracts and renewals with partner accounts to ensure revenue predictability.
• Onboard new accounts with Customer Success and gather market feedback.
