Job summary

Karius in the United States seeks a Clinical Sales Manager to lead regional sales of our infectious disease genomic test. You will cultivate relationships with infectious disease physicians, lab directors, C-level executives and other hospital leaders to drive adoption and test growth across the territory. Travel up to 70%.

Work is primarily remote in the field. A bachelor’s degree is required; an advanced degree or MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales/business development in Life Sciences/Biotech/Diagnostics.
• Proven track record in introducing transformative products to physicians and hospitals.
• Strong network across microbiology labs, send-out labs, and executives.
• Strategic territorial planning and growth ability.
• Experience with multi-level account management.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory by establishing new hospital accounts and expanding existing ones.
• Present product features to stakeholders and use consultative selling to drive adoption.
• Partner with Inside Sales, Marketing, and Medical Affairs to meet goals.
• Collaborate with Clinical/Medical Affairs for partner interactions and ROI demonstrations.
• Ensure renewals and long-term partnerships with health systems.
