Norstella is seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager to lead Real-World Data (RWD) initiatives. You will bridge clinical expertise with data strategy, support business development, and contribute to codebooks and data dictionaries across claims, EHR, and registry sources.

You will collaborate with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists to QC variable definitions and coding logic, while co-authoring white papers and presenting at industry conferences.

Qualifications

• MD or PharmD with clinical training.
