Norstella is seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager to lead Real-World Data & Evidence initiatives within a remote US context. The role blends clinical expertise with data strategy to support business development, build codebooks, and advance RWE generation.

You will report to the Chief Medical Officer with accountability to the VP of RWD Consulting, collaborating with health economics, Instant Health Data, and commercial analytics teams.

Formación

• MD or PharmD credential required.
• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience after clinical training.
• Ability to translate clinical concepts for non-clinical audiences.
• Experience using structured project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
• Familiarity with healthcare data concepts (claims, EHR, coding systems).
• Ability to collaborate with data scientists and engineers on data pipelines and AI/ML methods.

Responsabilidades

• Support business development, translating clinical nuance into consulting deliverables.
• Lead codebook and data dictionary development across claims, EHR, and other data sources.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists to QC variable definitions.
• Co-author white papers and client-facing narratives.
• Represent the practice at industry conferences and monitor FDA RWE guidance.
