Job summary
Norstella is seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager to join our Real-World Data practice. This remote role partners with the Chief Medical Officer to translate clinical concepts into data-driven consulting deliverables, helping shape RWE strategies for health outcomes research and commercial analytics.
You will lead codebook and data dictionary development, collaborate with biostatisticians and data engineers, and contribute to thought leadership through white papers and client-facing narratives,
Qualifications
- MD or PharmD with clinical training completed.
- 3–5 years of professional consulting experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
- Experience with structured project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
- Familiarity with healthcare data concepts and coding systems.
Responsibilities
- Support business development and client engagements by translating clinical nuance into consulting deliverables.
- Lead codebook and data dictionary development across claims, EHR, and other RWD sources.
- Collaborate with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists on data workflows and SQL/R/Python tasks.
- Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, abstracts, and client narratives.
