Norstella is seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager to bridge clinical expertise with data strategy in Real-World Data (RWD) and Real-World Evidence (RWE). You will support business development, build codebooks and data dictionaries, and contribute to thought leadership while reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and VP of RWD Consulting.

This remote US role emphasizes physician or pharmacist experience, strong communication, and collaboration with statisticians, engineers, and epidemiologists

Formación

• MD or PharmD with clinical training.
• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-clinical audiences.
• Experience using structured project tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
• Familiarity with healthcare data concepts (claims, EHR, coding).
• Ability to collaborate with data science and engineering teams on queries, data pipelines, and analytic workflows (AI/ML).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Translate clinical concepts for consulting deliverables and client narratives.
• Identify new business opportunities with existing and prospective accounts.
• Contribute clinical perspective to RFP responses and capability decks.
• Lead codebook and data dictionary development across sources.
• Translate clinical concepts into coding logic (ICD-10, CPT, NDC, LOINC).
• Manage codebook workstreams using JIRA and related tools.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists to QC definitions and logic.
• Co-author white papers, blog posts, and conference abstracts on RWD/RWE.
