Norstella seeks a Clinical Consulting Manager to bridge clinical expertise with real-world data strategy in its RWD practice. You will support business development, construct codebooks, and contribute to RWE thought leadership, reporting to the CMO with matrix to the VP of RWD.

This role suits physicians or pharmacists transitioning to consulting to apply clinical training to health outcomes research and data science.

Formación

• MD or PharmD degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience after clinical training.
• Experience translating clinical concepts for non-clinical audiences.
• Experience with structured project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
• Familiarity with healthcare data concepts (claims, EHR, coding systems).
• Ability to collaborate with data science and engineering teams to develop data pipelines and AI/ML methods.

Responsabilidades

• Support proposal development, scoping calls, and client presentations by translating clinical and therapeutic area nuance into consulting deliverables.
• Partner with senior consultants and practice leads to identify new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
• Contribute clinical perspective to RFP responses, capability decks, and client-facing scientific narratives.
• Lead and contribute to codebooks and data dictionaries across claims, EHR, registry, and other real-world data sources.
• Translate clinical concepts into standardized coding logic (ICD-10, CPT, NDC, LOINC) for analytic datasets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists to QC variable definitions and coding logic.
• Co-author white papers, blog posts, conference abstracts, and client-facing viewpoints on trends in RWD and RWE.
• Represent the practice at industry conferences and webinars; monitor regulatory guidance and translate implications for clients.
