Norstella is seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager to join our Real-World Data (RWD) consulting practice. This role bridges clinical domain expertise with data strategy, supporting business development, and driving the construction of codebooks and data dictionaries across claims, EHR, and other data sources.

You will report to the Chief Medical Officer and work with a cross-functional team of biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists to deliver rigorous RWE projects.

Qualificações

• MD or PharmD required.
• 3–5 years of professional consulting after clinical training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with PM tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana).
• Comfort with healthcare data concepts (claims, EHR, coding systems).
• Collaborate with data science/engineering teams on queries & pipelines; AI/ML for analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Translate clinical nuance into consulting deliverables.
• Lead codebooks and data dictionaries development.
• QC variable definitions and coding logic with cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to RWE thought leadership and client narratives.
• Support business development and client engagements.
