Norstella is seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager to bridge clinical expertise with real-world data strategy across RWD/RWE projects. You will support business development, drive codebook construction, and contribute to thought leadership while reporting to the Chief Medical Officer.

The role suits physicians or pharmacists with consulting experience who want to apply clinical training to health outcomes research, data science, and life sciences strategy in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• MD or PharmD with clinical training completed.
• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience post-training.
• Ability to translate clinical concepts for non-clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Bridge clinical domain expertise with data strategy for RWD/RWE projects.
• Lead codebook and data dictionary development across data sources.
• Support business development and client engagements with clinical insights.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists on analytics pipelines.
