Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager to bridge clinical expertise with data strategy in real‑world data projects. You will support business development, construct codebooks, and contribute to thought leadership in health outcomes research and commercial analytics.

Reporting to the CMO with cross‑functional interaction across HEOR, Instant Health Data, and commercial analytics, this role suits physicians or pharmacists with early consulting exposure seeking to apply clinical

Qualifications

MD or PharmD with 3–5 years of consulting experience after clinical training.
Ability to translate clinical concepts for non-clinical audiences.
Experience using structured project tools (JIRA/Confluence/Asana) in teams.
Familiarity with healthcare data concepts (claims, EHR, coding).
Collaborate with data science teams on data pipelines and analytics.

Responsibilities

Support proposals, scoping calls, and client presentations translating clinical nuance into deliverables.
Lead codebooks and data dictionaries across claims, EHR, registries, and other real‑world data sources.
Collaborate with biostatisticians, engineers, and epidemiologists to QC definitions and coding logic.
Co‑author white papers and represent the practice at conferences and webinars.
Monitor regulatory and scientific landscape and translate implications for clients and teams.
