Norstella is seeking a Clinical Consulting Manager to lead the Real-World Data consulting practice. The role blends clinical expertise with data strategy, supporting business development, constructing codebooks, and shaping real-world evidence generation.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer and collaborating with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists, you will translate clinical concepts into standardized coding logic and drive analytic workflows in a fast-paced, remote US

Qualifications

• MD or PharmD degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional consulting experience after clinical training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate clinical concepts for non-clinical audiences.
• Experience with structured project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, Asana) in a team-based environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare data concepts (claims, EHR, coding systems) and ability to collaborate with data science teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead creation, validation, and maintenance of codebooks and data dictionaries across data sources.
• Translate clinical concepts into coding logic (ICD-10, CPT, NDC, LOINC) for analytic datasets.
• Manage codebook projects with JIRA and ensure version control and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with biostatisticians, data engineers, and epidemiologists to QC variable definitions and logic.
• Contribute to thought leadership through white papers, blogs, and client narratives.
