Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a self-driven RN or LPN to join our Clinical Quality Assurance team as an Auditor. The role evaluates clinical information, writes reports, and ensures all work complies with client contracts, regulatory standards, and state and federal mandates.

The position is 100% remote with a Monday–Friday schedule (EST). You will provide evidence-based rationales, verify references, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with the QA department to deliver high-quality, accurate

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree in nursing or related field and RN/LPN license.
• Experience with medical terminology, anatomy, physiology and treatment protocols.
• Strong data entry, keyboard skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate clinical information, write and review reports including medical record reviews and billing reviews.
• Perform quality assurance reviews and ensure evidence-based rationales are provided.
• Verify references are current and sourced from reputable journals.
• Ensure content, format and appearance meet company standards and client specs.
• Identify inconsistencies and coordinate with reviewers for corrections.
• Maintain compliance with ERISA/state mandates and assist in customer issue resolution.
