Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and addenda.
• Ensure evidence-based rationales and citations are included.
• Verify client instructions and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure reports meet high formatting and professional standards.
• Confirm board specialty review per client specs and state mandates.
• Identify inconsistencies and request clarifications from reviewers.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and QA issues.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
