Job summary

MES Solutions is seeking a self-driven RN or LPN to join as Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator, focusing on high-quality peer review reports. This remote role requires strong clinical knowledge, meticulous QA, and adherence to client specifications and regulatory standards.

You will ensure reports include current clinical citations, maintain confidentiality, and support management with quality improvements, while operating in a fully remote, Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN nursing license required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or related medical experience.
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, medications and labs.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA review of peer review reports and addendums.
• Provide evidence-based rationales for recommendations and determinations.
• Ensure client instructions and specifications are followed and questions addressed.
• Cite clinical references; verify sources are current and reputable.
• Maintain high quality formatting and professional appearance of reports.
