MES Solutions is seeking a self-driven Clinical Quality Assurance Nurse Auditor (RN or LPN) to join our remote team. You will evaluate clinical information from providers and write high-quality reports in compliance with client contracts and regulatory standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold unencumbered RN license.
• Experience with medical terminology and treatment protocols.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Evaluate clinical information and write/review reports (e.g., Medical Record Reviews, Chronologies).
• Perform quality assurance reviews of peer reports and correspondences.
• Ensure evidence-based rationales and citations are included in reports.
• Verify client instructions followed and questions addressed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional report quality per standards.
