MES Solutions is seeking a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator to oversee peer review reports, ensuring accuracy, evidence-based rationales, and regulatory compliance. The role supports client agreements and state/federal mandates, with a 100% remote setup and EST hours.

The candidate will review reports for quality, manage citations, verify reviewer independence, and help resolve QA issues while maintaining confidentiality and professional standards.

Competenze

• Active RN/LPN nursing license required.
• Minimum of two years clinical or related field experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Mansioni

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports, correspondences, addendums or supplemental reviews.
• Ensure clear, concise, evidence-based rationales with citations are provided for recommendations and determinations.
• Ensure client instructions and specifications are followed and all questions are addressed.
• Verify that all references cited are current and obtained from reputable medical journals/publications.
• Ensure reports are high quality, properly formatted, and compliant with company standards.
• Verify appropriate board specialty review and accurate documentation on the case report.
• Ensure peer reviewer attestation confirms only facts with no conflicts of interest.
• Verify provider credentials and signatures are properly adhered to on final reports.
• Identify inconsistencies and obtain clarifications or corrections as needed.
