Job summary

Hey Jane, a pioneer in virtual reproductive health, seeks a Clinical Operations Specialist to own the clinical schedule, ensure cross-state coverage, and oversee payroll processes. You’ll support onboarding and vendor configuration for clinical hires using Elation and Quest, while improving day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration.
• Highly organized with the ability to track multiple moving pieces (schedules, PTO, call-outs, vendor setups).
• Comfort owning a recurring, detail-heavy operational process.
• Detail-oriented and accountable; you own your work.
• Naturally partner with clinic managers and cross-functional teams and keep them informed.
• Energized by the operational side of healthcare and managing complexity across many states.
• Familiarity with scheduling, EHR, and lab-vendor systems (El ation, Quest).
• Desire to help build and refine processes as a new team and role take shape.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical schedule build on an 8-week cycle and maintain coverage across every state.
• Configure sync visits—provider availability and appointment slots, including ad hoc updates.
• Review and approve clinical payroll on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day operational escalations per the Senior Manager's playbook.
• Assist onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires (Elation, Quest).
• Help organize the Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
