Job summary

Hey Jane is a fully remote health service provider focused on reproductive and sexual health. As the Clinical Operations Specialist, you will own the clinical scheduling engine, manage coverage across 24+ states, and partner closely with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to ensure smooth patient care.

You will lead end-to-end operational processes, support onboarding and vendor configurations, and help shape the growth of a new clinical operations team in a fast-moving

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical operations, healthcare administration, or a similar operational/coordination role.
• Highly organized, with a knack for tracking multiple moving pieces: schedules, PTO, call-outs, vendor setups.
• Comfortable owning a recurring, detail-heavy operational process.
• Detail-oriented and accountable: you catch issues early and take ownership.
• A natural partner: you build trust with clinic managers and cross-functional partners.
• Excited to work across scheduling, EHR, and lab-vendor systems.
• Eager to help build and refine processes as a new team takes shape.

Responsibilities

• Own the 8-week clinical schedule build and ongoing coverage across states.
• Own sync visit configuration — provider availability and appointment slots.
• Review and approve clinical payroll on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day operational escalations per playbook.
• Assist onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires (Elation, Quest).
• Help organize Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
