Hey Jane is hiring a Clinical Operations Specialist to own the scheduling, coverage, and day-to-day operations across the states we serve. This fully remote role partners with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to build the operational backbone of a growing team.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in clinical operations or healthcare administration.
• Highly organized with multi-piece tracking (schedules, PTO, call-outs, vendors).
• Comfortable owning recurring, detail-heavy operational processes.
• Detail-oriented and accountable; ownership mindset.
• Natural partner to clinic managers and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Own the clinical schedule build on an 8-week cycle and ongoing follow-up.
• Manage sync visit configuration—provider availability and slots.
• Review and approve clinical payroll on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day operational escalations per a defined playbook.
• Support onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires.
• Help organize the Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
