Hey Jane is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to own scheduling, coverage, and day-to-day operational coordination across all states we operate in. This early-hire role partners with the Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to build the operational backbone of the team, shaping how the function grows.

You will manage an 8-week cycle, configure provider availability, review payroll, handle onboarding logistics, and organize on-call rotations, all in a fully remote

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical operations or healthcare administration experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to track multiple moving pieces.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll review, and vendor setup.
• Comfortable building and improving processes in a growing team.
• Experience with Elation, Quest, or similar scheduling or lab-vendor systems.

Responsabilités

• Own the clinical schedule build on an 8-week cycle and ongoing coordination across states.
• Own sync visit configuration and provider availability.
• Review and approve clinical payroll on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day operational escalations within a playbook.
• Assist with onboarding logistics and vendor configuration for clinical hires.
• Organize and manage the Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
