Hey Jane is hiring a Clinical Operations Specialist to own the clinical schedule, coverage, and day-to-day operational coordination across all states we operate in. You will partner with our Clinical Operations Senior Manager and clinic managers to build the operational backbone of a growing team.

We are an early hire on Clinical Operations, offering an equity component, unlimited PTO, and a fully remote work environment with state licensing considerations managed across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare administration.
• Highly organized with ability to track multiple moving pieces (schedules, PTO, call-outs).
• Detail-oriented and accountable, owning recurring operational processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with clinic managers and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the clinical schedule build on an 8-week cycle and ongoing updates.
• Configure sync visit availability and appointment slots across states.
• Review and approve clinical payroll on a recurring cadence.
• Support day-to-day escalations and onboarding logistics for clinical hires.
• Help organize the Operations On-Call rotation schedule.
