Job summary

Hey Jane is the first and largest virtual medication abortion provider in the US, delivering safe, discreet care via mobile chat. We are expanding Clinical Operations and seeking a Senior Manager to own the quarterly roadmap, OKRs, and playbooks for scaling the clinical team.

You will partner cross-functionally with clinical leadership, product, and operations, building systems to support scaling across 24+ states while maintaining rigorous standards and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations or related leadership.
• Experience in startup or fast-growing environments preferred.
• Ability to translate priorities into actionable plans.
• Experience with licensing and credentialing processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap and translate priorities into a plan.
• Develop capacity models and scaling strategies for staffing.
• Build and maintain the SOP library and escalation playbooks.
• Coordinate launches and staff recruitment with clinical leadership.
• Partner across functions to ensure compliant operational processes.
