Job summary

Hey Jane is the first and largest virtual medication abortion provider in the US, delivering safe, discreet care via mobile and text. We are building Clinical Operations as a high-visibility function and are seeking a Senior Manager to own the foundation, roadmap, and playbooks to scale with confidence.

In this remote, national role you will collaborate with clinical, operations, product, and leadership across 24+ states, shaping staffing, licensing, SOPs, and launches while advancing equitable

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical operations or related leadership roles.
• Experience with scheduling, EHR, and clinical operations systems; comfortable with analytics tools.
• Ability to build scalable structure across 24+ states with licensing constraints.

Responsibilities

• Scale the care model across 24+ states.
• Design and maintain the escalation playbook for on-call and scheduling.
• Help design clinical payroll processes.
• Own licensing and credentialing prioritization.
• Own the SOP library and cross-team training materials.
• Coordinate feature launches and recruit/retain clinical staff.
