Hey Jane is leading virtual medication abortion in the US and expanding Clinical Operations from the ground up. We seek a Senior Manager to own the roadmap, cadence, and playbooks that scale our clinical team across 24+ states, balancing licensing, automation, and operational systems with leadership alignment.

You will partner with clinical, operations, product, and executive teams to drive plans, establish governance, and ensure timely delivery while building scalable processes for growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations, leadership, or healthcare administration, ideally in fast‑growth settings.
• Ability to translate company priorities into executable team plans with clear timelines.
• Experience with scheduling, EHR, and clinical ops tools; quick to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Own the Clinical Ops quarterly roadmap and translate priorities into a visible plan.
• Scale the care model projects and capacity planning with validated assumptions.
• Build and manage the escalation playbook for on‑call and scheduling needs.
• Design payroll processes and prioritize licensing/credentialing workflows.
• Maintain SOP library and training materials; coordinate staff training.
• Coordinate clinic feature launches and recruit/retain clinical staff.
