Job summary

Hey Jane, the first and largest virtual medication abortion provider in the US, is building out Clinical Operations. As Senior Manager, you will design roadmaps and playbooks to scale clinical teams across 24+ states.

You will partner with clinical, operations, product and leadership to create structure, staffing models, and escalation processes to support growth. This is a high‑visibility, high‑ownership role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical operations or healthcare operations, ideally in startups or fast‑growing environments.
• Experience with scheduling, EHR, and clinical ops tools; adept with AI and data analytics to drive decisions.
• Experience in strategic design across multi‑state licensing; able to build scalable structures without micromanagement.

Responsibilities

• Partner on scaling the care model projects and capacity-model support.
• Build and own the operational escalation playbook — on‑call, scheduling, and day‑to‑day fires.
• Help design clinical payroll processes as needed.
• Own licensing & credentialing prioritization.
• Own the SOP library and the audit/review process, and keep cross‑team training materials current.
• Coordinate feature launches so clinic‑facing changes land with clarity to staff.
• Partner with Clinic leadership to recruit, hire, and retain strong clinical team members.
