Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Remote Clinical Operations Coordinator to support assessment scheduling, handle incoming communications, and maintain case documentation across multiple program lines. You will liaise with families, providers, assessors, and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience in administrative or customer service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and administrative skills navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate assessment scheduling and manage communications.
