Job summary

Maximus is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator for a 100% remote position. You will coordinate assessment scheduling, manage inquiries, process case-related documents, and provide administrative and customer support across multiple program lines.

The role requires strong organization, the ability to multitask, and experience with phone support, email communications, scheduling, and data entry. You will act as a liaison among families, providers, assessors, and internal teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; equivalent accepted.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and calendar management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong computer and administrative skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve discrepancies with provider documents.
• Review information keyed into the system to verify data accuracy.
• Monitor data/image quality of scanned documents.
• Follow established policies and procedures for index and imaging without deviation.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of relevant information.
