WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to serve as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into data-driven insights, evaluate site enrollment potential, and benchmark operational performance. This hands-on, client-facing role scopes analyses, presents findings to clients, and collaborates with BD, data delivery, product, and SMEs to tailor data and advisory services for winning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years in clinical research or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with sponsor/CRO stakeholders.
• Hands-on analysis using SQL and Python or R.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes site identification analyses with trial landscape data.
• Builds ranked site and country lists with explicit selection logic.
• Produces operational performance analyses benchmarked to comparable studies.
• Models protocol requirements into enrolment scenarios and timelines.
• Coaches BD colleagues on framing analytical questions and interpreting outputs.
• Pressure-tests analytical conclusions with therapeutic, regulatory, and ethical reviews.
