Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to partner with Business Development and translate sponsor and CRO questions into data-driven insights.

You will evaluate study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical performance to support proposals and client decisions. This hands-on, client-facing role scopes and runs analyses, presents findings to clients, and works with BD, D&I teams, product, and SMEs to tailor data, analytics, and advisory

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data analytics.
• Experience diagnosing and modeling site performance and feasibility in pre-sale engagements.
• Ability to explain methodology and uncertainty to a non-technical audience.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes site identification analyses, combining trial landscape data, investigator performance history, epidemiology, referral patterns, and site-level operational metrics.
• Builds ranked, defensible site and country lists with explicit selection logic to show why a site made the list.
• Assesses site capability against protocol-specific requirements (procedures, equipment, staffing, patient population, prior experience in the indication).
• Flags concentration risk, competing-trial overlap, and over-solicited sites early enough to influence country allocation and enrolment assumptions.
• Produces operational performance analyses — start-up cycle times, screen failure and dropout rates, enrolment rate distributions, query and deviation rates.
