Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead to serve as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process.

You will evaluate study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical performance to develop defensible recommendations that strengthen proposals and inform client decisions. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that scopes and runs analyses such as site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and enrolment feasibility modelling, then presents

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data and analytics.
• Experience directly with sponsor- or CRO-side stakeholders in a pre-sale, consultative or advisory capacity.
• Familiarity with clinical trial data sources (trial registries, investigator/site databases, CTMS/EDC outputs, claims and EHR data).
• Ability to present complex analyses credibly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills; explain data limitations objectively.

Responsibilities

• Designs and executes site identification analyses using trial landscape data, investigator history, epidemiology and site metrics.
• Benchmarks operational performance and provides actionable mitigations for underperforming studies.
• Translates protocol requirements into enrolment models and realistic timelines.
• Presents methodologies and findings to clients, ensuring narrative and numbers align.

Education

Bachelor's degree in life sciences

Advanced degree preferred
