WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to serve as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous data-driven insights, evaluate site potential and performance, and develop defensible recommendations to strengthen proposals and inform client decisions. This hands-on, client-facing role scopes and runs analyses like site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and enrolment

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research analytics or healthcare data and analytics.
• Experience working with sponsor- or CRO-side stakeholders in pre-sale or advisory capacity.
• Familiarity with clinical trial data sources (trial registries, site databases, CTMS/EDC, real-world data).
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas; oncology/rare disease exposure a plus.
• Hands-on analysis using SQL and Python or R; strong data visualization and storytelling skills.
• Ability to explain methodology and uncertainty to non-technical audience; concise client-facing materials.
• Ability to work to compressed proposal deadlines across opportunities; present analyses credibly to stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of ICH-GCP and FDA regulations; maintain data confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Partners with Business Development to qualify client business and technical needs, then scopes data, analytics, and advisory solutions.
• Serves as analytical voice in client meetings, capability demonstrations, bid defenses, and strategic workshops; defends methodology.
• Advises clients on the right combination of data assets and analytical capabilities; avoids over-scoping.
• Authors data and insights content for proposals, RFIs and RFPs with aligned narrative and numbers.
• Designs site identification analyses; builds ranked site and country lists with explicit selection logic.
• Produces benchmarking analyses of start-up times, enrollment, and performance; documents methodology and limitations.
• Translates protocol requirements into enrollment models and timelines; conducts feasibility assessments.
• Coaches colleagues on framing analytical questions and interpreting outputs; participates in webinars and thought leadership.
