WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Senior Clinical Insights Lead, Data & Insights to act as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous, data‑driven insights and present actionable recommendations to clients. The role involves hands‑on analyses of site targeting, performance benchmarking, and enrolment feasibility, with direct client presentation responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or related field is required.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare analytics.
• Experience with sponsor- or CRO-facing pre-sale consultative work.
• Familiarity with clinical trial data sources (trial registries, site databases, CTMS/EDC, real-world data).
• Ability to present complex analyses to non-technical audiences and maintain data confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Partners with Business Development to scope data, analytics, and advisory solutions for opportunities.
• Serves as analytical voice in client meetings, capability presentations, and bid defenses, explaining methodologies clearly.
• Acts as SME on data assets and analytics capabilities, advising on optimal solution scope.
• Authors data/insights content for proposals and RFI/RFP responses.
