Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to serve as a strategic analytics partner in the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous, data-driven insights, evaluate study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical performance to strengthen proposals and guide client decisions. You will perform hands-on analyses such as site targeting, operational benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and competitive landscape

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or related field is required.
Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial analytics, or healthcare data and analytics.

Responsibilities

Qualify client business and technical needs and scope data, analytics, and advisory solutions.
Present findings and defend methodology in client meetings and capability demonstrations.
Design and execute site identification analyses and build defensible site lists.
Produce benchmarking analyses and document methodology for reproducibility.
Translate protocol requirements into enrolment models and timelines.
