WCG Clinical, Inc. seeks a hands-on Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights, to serve as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous data-driven insights, evaluating site enrollment, historical performance, and feasibility to strengthen proposals and inform client decisions. The role is client-facing and requires designing analyses, presenting findings, and collaborating with BD, D&I, product, and

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data and analytics.
• Experience working with sponsor- or CRO-side stakeholders in pre-sale, consultative, or advisory capacity.
• Familiarity with clinical trial data sources (trial registries, site databases, CTMS/EDC, claims/EHR data) and knowledge of their gaps and biases.
• Experience across multiple therapeutic areas; oncology, rare disease, or cell and gene therapy exposure is a plus.
• Hands-on analysis using SQL and at least one analytics environment (Python, R) or BI tools.

Mansioni

• Lead analytical engagements across feasibility, site selection, and performance benchmarking for proposals and client work.
• Translate methodology and uncertainty into client-facing language suitable for non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Data & Insights, product, and SMEs to tailor data and advisory offerings to client needs.
• Maintain documentation of methodologies and develop reusable benchmarking libraries.
