WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights to act as a strategic analytics partner throughout the commercial process.

You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous data-driven insights, evaluate site enrollment potential, and develop defensible recommendations to strengthen proposals and client decisions. In this hands-on, client-facing role, you will scope and run analyses—site targeting, benchmarking, protocol deep-dives, and feasibility

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, data science, or a related quantitative field is required
• Advanced degree (MSc, MPH, MBA, PhD, PharmD) preferred
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data and analytics
• Hands-on analysis using SQL and at least one analytical environment (Python or R)
• Strong data visualization and storytelling skills; ability to explain methodology to non-technical audiences
• Ability to work to compressed proposal deadlines across several concurrent opportunities

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Business Development to qualify client needs and scope data, analytics, and advisory solutions
• Present findings in client meetings and capability demonstrations, defending methodology
• Act as subject matter expert on data assets, analytical products, and consulting capabilities
• Authors data and insights content for proposals, RFIs, and RFPs
• Design and execute site identification analyses using trial landscape data, investigator performance, and site metrics
• Benchmark operational performance and model enrollment timelines for client opportunities
• Coach colleagues on framing analytical questions and interpreting outputs
