Job summary

WCG is seeking a Clinical Insights Solutions Lead, Data & Insights (D&I) to serve as a strategic analytics partner across the commercial process. You will translate sponsor and CRO questions into rigorous, data-driven insights, evaluating study placement, site enrollment potential, and historical performance to inform client decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical research, clinical trial intelligence, or healthcare data analytics.
• Experience working directly with sponsor- or CRO-side stakeholders in a pre-sale, consultative capacity.
• Practical familiarity with clinical trial data sources—trial registries, investigator/site databases, CTMS/EDC, real-world data—and awareness of gaps and biases.
• Ability to explain methodology and uncertainty to a non-technical audience.
• Willingness to travel 10–20% as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Development to qualify client business and technical needs, and scope data, analytics, and advisory solutions.
• Serve as analytical voice in client meetings, capability demonstrations, bid defenses, and workshops, defending methodology.
• Advise clients on the right combination of data, analytics, and advisory services to fit their question.
• Authors data and insights content for proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and follow-up materials.
• Design and execute site identification analyses and develop defensible site/country lists.
